Can I have contributing authors that do not have their own WP account?

  Can I have contributing authors that do not have their own WP account? I want people within my company to be contributors, but there’s no need for them to have their own blog if we’re all writing to one.

  How can this be done?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It sounds as though you want contributors who do not have their own Wp.com *blog*. They can still have their own account. See:
