can I have google/gmail sign in window on my personal website?

  Hello,
  I have created personal emails (email visible only to moderators and staff) using google apps; Is it possible to set a direct access – a sign in window with login and password windows directly from my website?

  No. That would require javascript or some other scripting language and those are not allowed here for security reasons. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  You could provide a link to the Google gmail sign in page in a text widget in the sidebar or perhaps put it into the links widget.
