Can I have multiple galleries in a widget setting?

    I’m trying to put different widget galleries with different pictures on different pages in the same blog. However, every time I create a new widget I have to also use the pictures I used in the old widget, and if I delete the pictures from the gallery, it changes the pictures in the other widget. I have tried this with multiple different settings, but it’s always the same… Please help

    You should be able to have multiple instances of the Gallery widget in your Content sidebar. I’ve tested this on my test site using the Twenty Fourteen theme without problem.

    Use the Visibility settings to control which pages you want the individual widgets to display. More about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/#widget-visibility

    Is it possible that you are inadvertently editing the same Gallery widget rather than a new one you’ve added?
