Can I have my blog in 2 languages on one site?

  I am starting my new blog and I would write it in 2 different languages. Is there any themes that would support this feature or do I need to create a separate blog for each language? (My blog is not live yet.)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We can get a single interface language here > Settings >General

  We do not have FTP access and we bloggers cannot install any plugins, we cannot use Microsoft or Google translation widgets or any others, as they are JavaScript and it’s stripped out to preserve security on this multiuser blogging platform. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  It’s because I have been here so long. I predate the support docs. lol :D
