can i have pay pal or such service in word press personal hosting plan?

  I am planning to upgrade from free to personal hosting plan.

  If i want to sell my e-books or audios, can i do so from this plan?

  can i have pay pal or some other method to collect money if i have personal hosting plan?

  WordPress.com supports a simple PayPal button that you can add to your site. This button can be used on free and upgraded accounts.
