Can I have two accounts registered to one email address?

Can I change the email address my account is registered to?
I have one account registered to a one email address, and a separate account registered to my current address. I would like to have both of my blogs synched to my current email address, but when I try and input it the system tells me that address is already in use.
Any advice?

No. You can have a single email address for each username account regardless of home many blogs you register under that username.
Can I change the email address my account is registered to?
Yes but that does not chnage what I already types above ie. one email address per username account.
