Can I Import Comments From A Page To A Post?

  I’m re-doing a Page as a Post by copying and pasting but there are two comments I am trying to Import. I followed the Dashboard instructions, which claims everything was successful. I tried to upload the comments thru the Editing process but it would not accept. Any suggestions?

  There is no automatic way of moving these comments.
  It’s a manual copy, paste and edit job.

  Okay, but how is that done? Paste them into the ‘comments’ section and hit submit?

  What I’ve done is copied and pasted comments into the boxes at the end of the posts. They show up as “my” comments first. Next I edit them and change my information to the commenting party’s information and change the timestamp. It’s actually very easy. :)
