Can I import just one post from blogger?

  The blogger importer does not allow you to import by date as I remember. It is all or nothing.

  You could delete everything from the blogger blog except for that single post and then import it into your site here, or you could import the whole thing into a second test site on your account, delete all but that single post, then export that post and import it into the “real” blog.

  Yeah..l i want to keep the original posting date, though… Which is why I don’t want to just copy paste.

  You can change the posting date on a wordpress post to anything you want. Lots of people will backdate posts. See this support page for the basic procedure on backdating or scheduling for later publication.

  Thanks! I didn’t know that. That link only seems to show scheduling, but I’ll do a google and see what I can find.

  You are doing the same thing in reverse. Just change the date to the date you want, in the past, and publish the post.
