can I include text in between thumbnails on a gallery page?
-
Hi Happiness Engineers,
I would like to set up a gallery of thumbnails and be able to edit text for each image.
Each image would be for a Limited Edition Prints page and I would like to give a full description of each print without the restriction of using the caption option for the text which is limited as far as layout go’s. Is this possible?

Hi Derek!
If you don’t want to use the caption field, then another option would be to place the images in a table. Then you could add as much text as you wanted, but it wouldn’t look like a gallery – that would be one drawback.
<table style="border:solid 1px #cdcdcd;background-color:#eeeeee;padding:2px;"> <tr><td><img src="LINK TO IMAGE 1" width="400" height="325"><br />INSERT TEXT HERE</td></tr> <tr><td><img src="LINK TO IMAGE 2" width="400" height="325"><br />INSERT TEXT HERE</td></tr> <tr><td><img src="LINK TO IMAGE 3" width="400" height="325"><br />INSERT TEXT HERE</td></tr> </table>So it would look something like this:
