Can I insert a form into my custom theme?

  Can I use Jetpack’s Custom Form to insert a contact form manually into my custom theme? If so, how? Thank you so much in advance for getting to my question.

  Hey there,

  There’s currently no way to embed a custom form directly into your theme. You can, however create a page or a post and embed your custom form there.
