Can I install a free plugin in a personal plan?

  I am thinking on upgrading my plan to a “personal plan” but i would love to install a free plugin to make quizzes on my blog. The thing is that I´m not sure if i can install a plugin in a personal plan, or i have to upgrade to a business plan.

  Any help would be appreciated :)

  Installing third party plugins would require an upgrade to a Business plan.
