  can i install themes from themetrust with a premium wordpress account?

  No, with wordpress.COM you can not install any themes, no matter what upgrade you buy. You can buy a premium theme from the theme showcase, but otherwise if you want a theme that isn’t there, you’re going to have to use wordpress.ORG.
