Can I install a tracking pixel on a wordpress.org site? I have a .com blog already and am looking to move to the self-hosted option in order to be able to implement a tracking pixel.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can do whatever you wish with a WordPress.org site.
If you wish to migrate your site from a self-hosted WordPress site to WordPress.com, trackers are not permitted. WordPress.com Stats is a fairly decent stats service.

What is the purpose of your tracking pixel? Self-hosted WordPress.org sites are completely customizable and you could install a Google Analytics plugins or something of that nature. However consider reviewing http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/ to see if WordPress.com already will do what you need.
