Can I install a Twitter plug-in on my blog to show my tweets in sidebar?

  You can’t install plugins on a WordPress.com blog, but you can still get exactly what you want by adding the Twitter widget to your sidebar via the Appearance -> Widgets section of your blog’s Dashboard.
