Can I install "Simple Require Login"?

    Good evening.
    I am a bit confused…
    I found a Plugin called “Simple Require Login” that is available on wordpress.org, altough I cant figure out how to install to my worpress.com theme.
    I notice as well that some free “Themes” that are available on wordpress.org are not available on worpress.com. Once I upgraded to premium I dont understand why I have less choice….
    Am I missing something?
