  Can I just say…. No I’m not wondering whether I can add Google Adsense to my blog’ or whether I can customize CSS for free..
  What i do want to say though, is what a great great service you offer here.

  WordPress.com is best I have ever used and will continue to use :)
  It’s simplicity is fantastic and it’s Dashboard etc are admirable. I don’t have my site that long but I’m already considering upgrading for even more benefits and my own domain name.

  Saying this, don’t change anything major on WordPress as it’s great. And a special thank you to the endless patience of many WordPress staff here.
  Your work hasn’t gone unnoticed and WordPress.com is the best i have ever used.
