  I need to total start over from scratch. Im brand new at this and find terminology confusing so rather than modify what I have I want to start from scratch.

  Yes, you can create a new site (it will have a different address than stwdraft.wordpress.com
  If you go to http://wordpress.com/#!/my-blogs/, you’ll have a link to create a new site.
