Can I keep my primary domain on WordPress as is, but use my secondary domain on SquareSpace?

    I don’t want to interrupt my primary domain on WordPress, but when editing the DNS settings of my secondary domain to point to Square Space, it’s not working. I wonder if I need to make my secondary domain primary to do this. I don’t want to do that because I want to keep my primary domain functioning. I think my trouble is stemming from that I can’t edit the existing DNS CNAME, so I am not able to add the SquareSpace CNAME.
