Can I keep my theme if I transfer to workpress.org?

My theme with wordpress.com is Bueno. I like it. Can I keep it if I transfer to wordpress.org? Thanks!

Technically speaking, no, but if you go to the designer’s site you will often find they have made a very similar version for WordPress.org sites. WP.com themes cannot be exported, because they’re too customized for the software here.

Some of the free themes used at WordPress.COM have been released to the public, but sorry don’t know which ones
