Can I let that person know if I reply their comments?

  Can I let that person know if I reply their comments? say, an automatic e-mail sent out to them, just like the e-mail i received when people leave me a comment?

  At this point you will have to manually send them a email letting them know youreplied
  to there comment.

  Also if there a member of wordpress.com they can check the my comments under the dashboard
  tab & if there is a new comments including a reply from you they can see it in the my comment section
  (They have to be logged in to wordpress.com see the My Comment section)
