Can I link a word in a post to another word in the same post?

  Hi,
  I’d like to be able to link some words in my blog post to some headings lower down in the same post. Is this possible?
  For example, if I write in an introduction “I’m going to write about cats, dogs and mice”, can I link the word “cats” to the “Cats” heading lower down in my post? So the reader can go to that heading quickly without having to read or scroll down.
  Is that possible?
