I bought the domain name render3dimage.com from wordpress.COM, and reallised i needed to use WordPress.ORG to be able to use plugins and theme’s……

Can I register at WordPress.ORG and link my website to be http://www.render3dimage.com and de-activate the current acount with wordpress.COM?

I would much appreciate some help on this pls

Several questions here – Don’t worry about your domain name – once you get your new .ORG site set up you can point the domain at WordPress.COM (render3dimage.com) to the name-servers at your new host –

WordPress.ORG is just the keepers of the software that you will be installing and using at your new host.

Just a comment: You can pay to edit your css here in wordpress.com to get a custom theme. I signed up two days ago.

Well, not really, no. You can fiddle with themes and change the look of the blog, but not install new themes designed by other people.

You also cannot edit the underlying theme files, just the existing CSS stylesheet.
