can i link to a point within a page?

  I want to link from one page to a point in another page that is not the beginning. I guess i am looking for a flag option of some sort. Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It is indeed possible! What you are looking for is called Page Jumps (or sometimes anchor points). It is completely possible here at WordPress.com.
