  I have two questions about linking to posts.

  Can I [hyper]link (in a new post) to a previous blog post, from the same blog, (in order to reference the original subject matter)– I just want to make sure that this wasn’t against your rules.

  Can I [hyper]link to a different blog I own, through blogspot, for example?

  You may absolutely link to your own blog posts either on your WordPress.com blog or elsewhere.
