Can I link to PDFs and DOCs?

  Can I link to PDFs in DOCs, specifically is it possible only in Pages or in other Widgets (ie Text) too?

  Upload them to your wordpress space as you would a photo and use their file urls from the uploader to link to them as you’d link to any url.
