can i log into my companies account if the blog is in a past employees name?

@mPression is my companies blog and i am trying to log onto it as i am now in charge of keeping it up to date. However the previous person who was in charge and also who the account is registered too has left and i am therefore unable to log in as the password we possess is wrong. When i try and change the password, the new one will get sent to the past employees e mail address. Is there anything i can do?
