Can i make a custom title for pages insted of the default Title page name

  Hi

  I host my site with WordPress.com, i’m trying to set custom page title for

  every page insted of the default “Title + page name”, can it be done ?

  Unfortunately, no. That’s a feature of your theme which cannot be changed.

  Can it be done on the Twenty Ten theme ?

  It can’t be changed with any theme. Rather, it all boils down to how themes display the page title.

  In Twenty Ten, they are displayed as “[Page Title] | [Blog Title]”

  Sorry for all the questions and thank you for your quick reply

  last thing if i can make it the other way around
  if i leave the website name on main > setting empty
  can i set a custom title for the post without the pages will inherent its title ?

  Technically, that would work, but the blog itself would have no title and would probably be excluded from search engine results.
