  Hi @kennethromo, no problem. You’re welcome to stage your new site with us before pointing the domain here. That way your current site can stay “live” until your new one is ready.

  Start by creating your site with the plan of your choice:
  https://wordpress.com/plans

  And then just avoid using the domain options until you’re ready. Then you can either transfer the domain or map it to our servers.
