Can I Make a URL Change?

  I want to change my blog URL. I don’t want a new domain, just change the URL before “.wordpress.com” There are several help articles about this but they must be outdated because under “My Blogs” the option to change the URL is no longer available, and neither is it under “General Settings.”

  Perhaps I should contact WordPress.com directly, which is what I am trying to do, but I ended up here instead. Whoop.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You need to be logged in as an Admin that owns the blog – is there another account you might have used to create the blog

  If one of your options at My Blogs is ‘Leave Blog” that means you are not logged in as the proper account

  I am the admin, and I’m logged in. The screenshot of what the help page is telling me to find looks like the blog admin page but when I click “My Blogs” i get directed to the new page with a blue header (like this one) and the whole thing is different.

  Not sure what to suggest as I just looked at my

  Dashboard >> My Blogs – and there is no blue bar at the top – only the gray nav. bar –

  Have you tried the Dashboard from the gray nav. bar to get to the main section of your blog?

  Actually, I think that was the problem. Wrong “My Blogs” button. I found it, thanks!

  You be welcome – the two buttons with the same name has been a problem but I can’t remember what the difference i since I never use the one with the blue bar
