I see you identified this blog, http://aniche.wordpress.com , in another thread, if that is the one you are talking about.

We cannot create another blog page within a blog here, and you cannot really do that with any blogging platform I’m aware of. Typically to organize or separate blog posts into groups, you use categories. As an example in this case you might assign the category “Phase 1” to the older posts, and then assign “Phase 2” to the newer posts. People could look at the newer or older posts by clicking on “Phase 1 or Phase 2 in the categories widget, or you could also create a static front page for your blog with a short introduction and links to both Phase 1 and Phase 2 in the body of that page. People could then click on Phase 1 if they wanted to read your older stuff, or Phase 2 if they wanted to read your newer stuff.

See this support document for more on static front pages: http://support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/ .

Note that you can add the category in all posts at once:

Step 1: Posts > Edit > add that category.
Step 2: Posts > Edit > click Screen Options > Set appropriate number > click Apply. Then tick the rectangle to the left of “Post”, select Edit from the Bulk Actions dropdown, click Apply, tick the newly added category, click Update Posts.

The only problem I’ve seen with the bulk edit is that it does not seem to remove existing categories that might have been assigned, it just adds the new categories that the posts you are chosen. I’ve not yet figured out a way around that.

Well some of that made no sense.

“…it just adds the new categories TO the posts you HAVE chosen.”
