Can I make an email through wordpress?

  I am trying to make emails for my employees as well as myself. My question is can I do this through wordpress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi kgpinc,

  WordPress.com offers email forwarding for up to five addresses per domain:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/

  This will forward any email sent to “sacroiliactechnologies.com” to another email of your choice.

  If you want full email service with your domain you’ll need create an account with an email provider and then connect that provider to your WordPress domain:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/
