  It’s not easy so if you think you will make a significant amount forget that. Blogger initiated advertising is not allowed on free hosted WordPress.com blogs There is only one form of advertising allowed on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. It’s only for blogs on their own domains. Note that there is no guarantee your blog will be accepted if it’s on a domain. See here > http://wordads.co/signup/

  1) write well enough to get someone to hire you to write on theirs
  or
  2) host your blog elsewhere, attract a thousand or more readers per day, and sign up for ad networks
  or
  3) use your blog here to promote your skills and services so that it serves as an online portfolio and other people will hire you as a consultant.
