can i make money by blogging on wordpress.com?

  does anyone knw if i can make money whilst blogging on here and if i can, pls could be let me in on some tips?

  1) You can find someone to hire you to blog for them.

  2) You can do something professionally and use your blog to raise your professional profile, as I do on http://raincoastermedia.com, where I also take registrations for my workshops.

  3) You can apply for the Word Ads program and if you are accepted, you can make about $10 a month if you have an average of a thousand hits a day.

  After my first week of using this website, I generated $85 in about 5 hours of total work time. Getting these numbers in that amount of time – I just had to share it with you.

  …something you shouldn’t do is fill your sidebar with affiliate links and get rich schemes. That’s a sure way to have your blog suspended. Just saying.

  …the weird part is all of the content is “borrowed” from elsewhere, but in the sidebar they say they’re huge Maya Angelou fans. I’m not judging*, but I’m not sure Maya would approve.
