Can I make my own template for my blog?

I`m trying to make a template similar to my website, but I don’t know if that is possible.
Anyway, if that is possible can anyone tell me what will I have to go through to make it!

Depends: is your blog a WordPress.com blog or a WordPress.org blog? Either link your name to the blog (via your Profile page) or give us the URL to it.

If it’s the first, no, not without the CSS upgrade and knowledge of CSS. If it’s the second, yes.

Are you hosted here at wordpress.com, or self-hosted using the software downloaded from wordpress.org? At wordpress.com we are limited to the themes listed under presentation > themes. You can stylize one of the themes if you get the CSS upgrade, and have experience with CSS, but you cannot edit or change the underlying theme html or php.

With a .org blog, you have virtually no limits (other than your ability to code in html, php, js and CSS.

well… mine right now is on .com (http://slimcap.wordpress.com) but I have a hosting for my website and I could probably figure out how to install the other wordpress blog, I just picked the .com one because its a whole lot easier.
The problem here is I have no clue about php css and js but I do know a little bit of html, you guys think that would work ? :((

No. You need solid skills to do what you’re suggesting. Or you could pay someone, but it’s not cheap.
