Can I make "read more" go to top of post page?

  Hi – Sorry if this has been answered a million times. I searched dozens of different ways and cannot find an answer.

  When I insert the read more tag, I get the Continue Reading… link on my home page. But it links to the spot on the post page where the tag was inserted.

  Is there a way to make this link to the top of the post page/destination page instead?
