Can I make the audio track automatically play when a page is loaded?

I actually have two questions, the first being what is written above. I know how to put the audio into the page where you have to press play for it to start but I was hoping to have the audio start playing when the page is loaded.
The second question is can I insert audio so that when a tab is clicked a short audio file plays (similar to a beep sound). Thanks!

It depends on how you choose to play your audio. If you opt for embedding a Soundcloud audio file, then yes, you can opt for autoplay.

The WordPress.com audio player doesn’t allow this in the same way that embedding from Soundcloud will.

No, you’d have to include the beep in the original sound file, if you wanted one before playback began.
