Can I make the follow button bigger?
-
Hi There,
I was wondering if I could make the follow button (for signed out WordPress users and people without accounts) bigger. It doesn’t quite catch the eye.
Or maybe a colour change or reposition. Are any of those things possible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Give this a try and see what you think. The height of the follow button is about twice what it was originally (line-height 50px vs 28px), and I also widened it a little bit. I’ve also included the background color, font color and font size declarations in case you desire to change those as well.
#bit a.bsub { background-color: #464646; background-image: none; color: #CCCCCC; font-size: 13px; line-height: 50px; padding-left: 15px; padding-right: 20px; } #bitsubscribe { margin-top: 50px; } -
Thank @thesacredpath, this is excellent. I’ll play around with the font size and background colour.
Is there any way you can take a look at the last question I posted (in regards to appearance of mobile sites, and different search engines appearances)? I put it up and I could tell from my stats that somebody who read it looked at the site, but was either too busy or didn’t have the right answers to reply. It would be great if somebody could help with that.
Thanks again.

@imveryape, Nope, you posted in the right place and we’ve replied into that other thread. Click the link in @designsimply’s reply.

Thank you both for the advice. Maybe the next step will be to pay for a new template. Just wish I didn’t spend so much time on this one!

The template may not matter for some of the things you mentioned, but if you’re considering a switch, you can check out the demo site for each theme linked from http://theme.wordpress.com/ in different browsers to see how they look to you.
