Can I merge two accounts?

  I have a wordpress.org site and somehow have ended up with two accounts (I think from struggling to log in when trying to comment on a wordpress blog link from twitter I accidently set a second account up). Is it possible to merge them or do I need to delete one in order to stop wordpress from randomly making me log into my defunct one in order to post a comment?

  If you have created two WordPress.com accounts (but have no WordPress.com sites) then simply close the account you no longer wish to use. Which one you close would depend if one of them was already connected to your unnamed WordPress.org site via the JetPack plugin.
