Can I migrate content from one WordPress site to another?

  I set up one free blog a while ago, now I have another premium blog. Can I transfer posts from one to another or do I have to start from scratch?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sure, you can export posts from your old blog and then import them into your new blog.

  And here’s how to import into your new blog:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/
