Can I migrate my email services to WordPress?

I recently migrated my website (sash-alexander.com) to run on wordpress, I was wondering if I can also migrate the email service that is linked to that domain? Otherwise I have 2 bills which is getting a bit expensive,

    Hello!

WordPress suggests two options for email
    Email Forwarding: http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/

    Note:

Email forwarding is only available if you already added custom domain to your blog, and you have not already set up a third party email service for that domain.

    and

Third-party hosting via an email provider (ie: Gmail)
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/

WordPress.COM does not offer email hosting.

    Hi,

So if I forward the email service does that mean it will still be handled by the original webhosting company? I am basically trying to find a way to keep my emails @sash-alexander.com without having to pay that host for the service if that makes any sense…

Yes, whomever is your webhosting company for email will still handle the incoming emails.
The only difference is on the user end. With email forwarding you still need to host it somewhere (ie Gmail), however when people send you an email they will send it to you at a WordPress.COM email address which will then be forwarded to your host.
