Can I move a comment to another post?

    I have a reader who regularly (and accidentally) posts comments to the wrong posts or to photographs within the post. Is there a way I can move her comments to their proper locations? Thanks!

    Hello!

    Unfortunately, it looks like there is no real convenient way to move a comment from one post to another as an admin. If it is a germane comment, and important for you to have it in the correct place, you could copy and paste the comment information into a text editor, and then re-post it onto the correct post, as though you were the user. You’d probably want to delete the incorrectly placed comment afterward!

    This could be time-consuming, especially if you have a frequent commenter. Would it be worth it to enable the Comment Moderation, so that you could redirect your commenter before the comment posts?
