Can I move a domain bought on wordpress.com?

  I would like to start another blog here on wordpress.com. I would like to also buy a domain through wordpress but keep it hosted here. If I do this and wish to move the domain and site to bluehost with my other blogs in a couple of months, is that possible? And will it be complicated. Previously I installed on bluehost first and then built the site. I have not done it the other way around.
