Can I move a post from bottom to top?

  The first post I entered is now what I want viewed first on my “homepage”. Is there an easy way to move it up top?

  I tried making the last two on the page “sticky” but then I get this black border, that I can’t seem to get rid of.

  That is what Sticky posts do on that theme.

  Are you trying to completely reverse the order of your blog, or just put one or two posts at the top at all times? You can do the latter by making them sticky. You can also do it by changing their datestamp so they always appear to be the newest; that is how to reverse your blog entirely, if you want. You just have to do it for every single post.
