Can I move a wordpress.com to wordpress.org without changing address?

  If I move a wordpress.com (free version, free domain) to wordpress.org with my own domain, will it still be the same blog’s address? Will my followers still find it?

  And search engines don’t find new blogs right away. So if a wordpress.com has been around for a few months, already indexed by google and already gets traffic from search engines, and then moves to wordpress.org, will search engines find it under the same name? Or will they see it as a new blog that will take time to get indexed by google, more time to get search engines result?
