Can I move my blog subscribers to my new .org blog?

  I am moving a wordpress.com blog to a wordpress.org blog and would like to move my subscribers with me. Is it possible?

  My new blog is pineandplum.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It is possible if you’ve set up the jetpack plug-in on your WordPress.org install. Once you do that, I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance.
