Can I move my domain from wordpress.com to wordpress.org?

  I recently purchased the Business Theme template from Organic Themes. I was under the impression that all themes were compatible with wordpress.com, however I found out that the majority of their themes, including the Business Theme, are only compatible with wordpress.org.

  Is it possible for me to switch hosting from wordpress.com to wordpress.org so that I may use this theme? If so, would the change require additional fees to the price I already paid for wordpress.com? If not, is it possible for me to refund my wordpress.com so that I may purchase wordpress.org.
