Can I move my post to a different menu heading?
-
Newbie here ~ I wrote a post and it appears on the Home heading. I would like to move it or reassign it to a different menu heading. Is this possible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your blog is setup so that “home” displays a list of your current latest blog posts. This is the default setting for a WordPress.com blog.
So EACH time you write a new post it will appear on the “front page” of your site, what you’re calling “home”.
It’s possible to change this behaviour, so that the front page is a static page, and the blog is on it’s own page – https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
What I’d suggest is that if you want have posts that are automatically added to your menu, then use categories on your posts, and list the categories on the menu. For instance I have http://doncharisma.org/category/travel/ and there’s a link to that category on my menu (underneath the BLOG heading).
This help document describes how to do menus – https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
Another way to do a similar thing would be to use pages, and setup the menu to point to those pages.
This help doc may help about pages – https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ and this one’s about posts – https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/
Hope this helps
Cheers
