Can I move one of my blogs to another?

  I’m currently rebranding from The Candy Tree to Emma Dickie Design. I have been planning this for months and to ensure that EmmaDickieDesign was available as a URL I created an additional blog under this name.
  Now I want to change the name of my existing blog to this new name but I can’t as it’s “already in use” (by me)!
  Is there a way to move my ‘thecandytree125’ blog to ‘EmmaDickieDesign’ and keep all of my existing posts and followers?

  You can export the content out of one blog and import it into the other > http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-between-wordpress-com-blogs
  Then you can post into a forum thread like this one and have Staff transfer the subscribers for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/
