Can I move the Blog Title and Tagline to the Bottom of the Header?

  Is there any easy way to move my blogs Titleline and Tagline down to the Bottom of the Header instead of at the top?
  The default location conflicts with the custom image that I uploaded for the Header.
  I am using the Black Letterhead Theme.

  Take a look at the h1 element, including the description. Looks like it needs some padding in there.
