Can I number my blog pages?

  Can I number my blog pages? A few of my commenters think it would be easier for them if the blog pages had numbers. They also would like to have the comments go in reverse chronological order. I don’t know if that is possible, but does anyone know if either of these things can be done before I tell them, “no?”
